| I obtained the van in reasonable condition at an auction on a farm where the van had been in a shed for many years. It took me about six months to restore it to usable condition and I used it for about 4 years before selling it to the Power authority (ETSA.) for their 50th anniversary celebrations. | ![]() |

A little of its earlier history.
It was sold by a firm called Motors Ltd in Adelaide on 17th of February 1951 for use by Kodak for Photo delivery around the city, then it was purchased 18 months later, for a bread delivery van, by a Baker in a small seaside town called Arno Bay on Eyre Peninsular in South Australia. It was from his family that I purchased the van. |
